Role Overview
As a Senior Web Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices in coding, performance, and security.
Your expertise will drive the digital growth of Clovers W’s projects and elevate user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy responsive and scalable web applications.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing web applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and web development trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a web developer with strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, or relevant frameworks).
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of web security, performance optimization, and responsive design.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
