Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
- Oversee all aspects of fulfillment center operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, productivity, quality, scheduling, and maintenance
- Manage budget planning and cost control initiatives
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing warehouse organization including supervisors and frontline employees
- Collect and analyze operational data; monitor KPIs and drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- 5 8+ years of management experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or e commerce supply chain operations
- Proven experience leading large, diverse, multi shift teams (30–200+ employees)
- Expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and continuous improvement tools
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Deep understanding of Canadian/Ontario warehouse safety regulations (OHSA) and labor laws (ESA)
- Must have legal status to work in Canada (no sponsorship)

Compensation Transparency
- The anticipated salary range for this role is CAD 85,000 – CAD 115,000 CAD per year.
