We are looking for a **Senior Warehouse and Distribution Manager** who can take ownership of our warehousing operations, inventory control systems, and regional distribution activities.

You are not simply managing storage facilities; you are optimizing logistics workflows, improving operational performance, and ensuring reliable product movement across complex supply chain operations.

You will lead warehouse teams, coordinate transportation activities, and collaborate with procurement, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless distribution performance and inventory accuracy.

You will work closely with senior leadership and operational departments while contributing to strategic logistics planning from Day 1.

Lead daily warehouse operations including inventory management, storage optimization, receiving activities, dispatch coordination, and operational workflow improvements.

Manage regional distribution activities, transportation scheduling, delivery coordination, and logistics planning to ensure efficient and timely product movement.

Maintain accurate inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, cycle counting processes, and reporting procedures while minimizing inventory discrepancies and operational losses.

Supervise warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, inventory specialists, and operational support teams while promoting safety, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with suppliers, transport providers, procurement teams, and client stakeholders to improve service performance and distribution reliability.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure warehouse and distribution activities comply with operational standards, workplace safety regulations, quality procedures, and company policies.

8+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, supply chain management, or distribution services, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control systems, transportation coordination, supply chain workflows, and distribution management practices.

Proven ability to lead operational teams, manage high-volume warehouse environments, and optimize logistics performance across multiple distribution channels.

Experience working with warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, inventory tracking software, and logistics reporting tools.

English proficiency is required for operational reporting, stakeholder communication, and logistics coordination.

Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

You are highly organized, analytical, and operationally driven.

You understand how to balance inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, safety standards, and customer service while leading high-performing warehouse and logistics teams.
