Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Voice Engineer to support the implementation, administration, and maintenance of enterprise VoIP and IP Telephony solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have +6 years of hands on experience with Cisco voice technologies and a strong understanding of unified communications environments.
  • Experience integrating DGVOX solutions with SITA airport systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain VoIP/IP Telephony infrastructure.
  • Support Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including call routing, dial plans, and voice gateways.
  • Implement, configure, and integrate DGVOX voice recording and communication solutions with SITA airport systems and telecommunication platforms to ensure seamless voice communication and operational continuity.
  • Support DGVOX integrations with Cisco Unified Communications, SIP trunks, and SITA voice services.
  • Troubleshoot voice, SIP, DGVOX, and SITA integration issues to ensure high availability and service reliability.
  • Monitor voice network performance and implement improvements.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Work with network and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless voice service integration.
  • Document configurations, operational procedures, and technical changes.
  • Provide technical support and participate in incident resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in VoIP/IP Telephony administration and support.
  • Cisco CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, or Cisco Collaboration certification.
  • Strong knowledge of: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM); SIP, H.323, RTP, and VoIP protocols; Voice Gateways and Cisco IP Phones; Call routing and dial plan configuration.
  • Experience troubleshooting voice quality, connectivity, and telephony issues.
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
