Role Description
- We're hiring a Senior Visual Designer / 3D Artist in Dubai to create high-end visuals for a modern CS2-style gaming platform.
- This is not a generic graphic design role.
- We're looking for an artist who lives and breathes gaming aesthetics and can produce work that holds its own next to the best in the space.
- What you'll be working on
- You'll own the visual identity of the platform across every surface where players see us — landing pages, in-product assets, promotional campaigns, and social.
- Day to day, that means creating:
- Landing page visuals and 3D website assets
- Promotional banners and campaign artwork
- Cases, crates, and case showcases
- Reward and progression visuals
- Animated UI elements and motion graphics
- Mascots, characters, and stylised environments
- Social media and event artwork
- What we're looking for
- Strong, demonstrable experience across gaming visuals, 3D artwork, illustration, motion graphics, stylised UI assets, promotional artwork, and premium dark gaming aesthetics.
- Your work should feel at home alongside references like CS2, KeyDrop, Clash.gg, Hellcase, Skin.club, and the broader world of modern esports visuals.
- How we evaluate
- Portfolio over everything. Resumes and degrees matter far less than the work itself. Send your strongest pieces.
- Tools are your choice. Blender, Cinema 4D, Octane, Unreal, Photoshop, After Effects, Spline — whatever gets you to the result.
- Taste and polish are non-negotiable. We need someone with a sharp eye who can hit a premium bar consistently.
- Speed matters. Fast iteration and the ability to turn around polished work quickly is a real part of the job.
