Core Responsibilities
1.
Coordinate end-to-end management of official delegations and institutional visits, including agendas and briefings.
2.
Implement protocol procedures for official engagements and manage logistics such as meeting setups and seating.
3.
Organize ceremonial events such as MoU signings and ensure legal and institutional compliance.
4.
Liaise with government entities, embassies and partners; facilitate communication between stakeholders.
5.
Maintain records, templates and gifts inventories; support senior leadership with protocol expertise.
Education/Certifications and prior experience:
1.
Bachelor’s degree in international relations, public administration, political science or related field.
2. 3–5 years’ experience in protocol management, event coordination or diplomatic affairs.
3.
Experience coordinating high-level visits, ceremonies and VIP events, and implementing protocol procedures .
4.
Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages and ability to communicate diplomatically.
5.
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain detailed records of visits and official gifts.
Required skills:
1.
Expert knowledge of international diplomatic protocol and etiquette.
2.
Event planning and coordination experience to manage official delegations and ceremonies.
3.
Multilingual communication skills and cultural sensitivity to liaise with dignitaries from diverse backgrounds.
4.
Record keeping and document management for official visits and templates.
5.
Understanding of government and institutional procedures and legal compliance.
Preferred skills:
1.
Attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential diplomatic matters
2.
Budgeting and risk assessment capabilities for event and protocol planning
3.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-cultural relationship-building
4.
Time management and problem-solving skills to manage complex itineraries
5.
Multilingual fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional languages preferred
