We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Video Editor to work on a contract basis.
This role involves editing high-resolution media and managing complex timelines within Cinelerra on Linux to shape how next-generation AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Your expertise in advanced compositing, motion tracking, and rendering pipelines will directly contribute to the development of reliable AI agents and training datasets across domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.
No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge and technical skills are what matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-resolution media and manage complex timelines within Cinelerra on Linux to meet broadcast-quality standards.
- Implement advanced compositing, motion tracking, and rendering pipelines to ensure outputs align with project specifications.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to provide nuanced feedback and data for model training and evaluation.
- Optimize video editing workflows and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks in post-production processes.
- Document best practices and contribute to the creation of AI training datasets for continuous model improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cinelerra on Linux for editing, compositing, and rendering high-resolution media.
- Experience with advanced compositing techniques, motion tracking, and creating broadcast-quality outputs.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate feedback into actionable edits and datasets.
- Strong problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and resolve complex technical issues in post-production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document processes and report progress to diverse stakeholders.
