Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full Stack Engineer to join our Middle Office Engineering Team.

This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Apply strong engineering fundamentals across software design, data, testing, and distributed systems

Use AI-enabled tools deliberately across design, coding, testing, review, and documentation, while keeping strong human accountability for high‐risk decisions, verification, and final quality

Build software with a reliability‐ first mindset, incorporating secure coding practices, observability, testing, and disciplined rollout/rollback strategies

Ensure production systems meet required levels of resiliency, performance, scalability, and operability

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.

15+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated depth in full‐stack engineering and system / application architecture.

Prior experience in securities, financial services, or modern engineering-first organizations is a plus

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and the design of RESTful and streaming‐based APIs.

Hands‐on experience delivering cloud‐native solutions, including microservices, containerization, and modern deployment patterns.

Working knowledge of NoSQL and distributed data stores, selected and applied appropriately at scale.
