Position Summary

  • The Senior Vice President of Business Operations is responsible for leading the Company's enterprise business operations strategy and overseeing execution of key operational initiatives.
  • As a member of the executive leadership team, this role will drive cross functional alignment, optimize business processes, improve organizational efficiency, and ensure operational execution remains aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise wide business operations strategies aligned with corporate goals and long term growth initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable operational plans and business outcomes.
  • Establish scalable operating models that support organizational expansion.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective leadership and execution.
  • Oversee day to day business operations across multiple functional departments.
  • Standardize business processes, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Improve organizational efficiency through process optimization and resource management.
  • Support business expansion, product launches, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Lead enterprise wide transformation initiatives that improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement operational frameworks that support scalability and organizational agility.
  • Foster a culture focused on innovation, accountability, and execution.

Performance Management & Executive Reporting

  • Develop executive dashboards, business scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor organizational performance, strategic initiatives, and operational results.
  • Provide executive leadership with data driven recommendations and business insights.
  • Support strategic planning through performance analytics and executive reporting.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Operations, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Human Resources, and Client Services.
  • Lead cross functional initiatives that support strategic priorities and enterprise growth.
  • Improve communication, collaboration, and operational alignment across the organization.
  • Ensure business objectives are effectively translated into operational execution.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Establish governance frameworks that strengthen accountability and operational discipline.
  • Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Support internal audits, policy implementation, and regulatory readiness.
  • Ensure business operations comply with corporate governance standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Resource Planning & Organizational Development

  • Optimize organizational resources to improve operational capacity and business performance.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and capacity management.
  • Strengthen operational readiness for future business growth.
  • Improve enterprise wide communication and decision making processes.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing Business Operations organization.
  • Establish leadership objectives and departmental performance standards.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results oriented culture.
  • Support succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in business operations, financial services, fintech, digital assets, consulting, or technology driven organizations.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise business operations within complex, high growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, organizational management, operational governance, and business transformation.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable operational frameworks and improving enterprise performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in blockchain technology, digital assets, fintech, institutional financial services, or capital markets.
  • Familiarity with enterprise operating models and strategic business management.
  • Experience working within regulated or highly governed business environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, workflow automation, business intelligence tools, and enterprise technologies.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, operational resilience, and enterprise risk management.
