The Senior Valuer role is a full time, on site position based in Riyadh.
The Senior Valuer will perform detailed real estate appraisals, produce valuation reports, and provide advisory support for a range of property assets.
Day to day tasks include inspecting properties, gathering and analyzing market data, applying appropriate valuation methodologies, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
The role involves collaborating with estate agents and internal stakeholders, communicating findings to clients, and supporting junior team members with guidance and review of their work.
The Senior Valuer will also contribute to business development activities by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Strong real estate appraisal and valuation skills, with proven experience in assessing diverse property types.
Background working with estate agents and real estate professionals, with an understanding of local and regional property markets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to present complex valuation findings clearly to clients.
Relevant academic background in real estate, finance, economics, or a related discipline, and professional valuation certifications are an advantage.
High level of analytical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with valuation tools and market research techniques.
Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Experience within advisory or consulting environments and familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks is beneficial.
