About the Role
The Senior UI/UX Designer will shape enterprise interfaces for AI automation, conversation flow builders, agent configuration canvases, live monitoring dashboards, and analytics.
The role focuses on high-density, workflow-heavy products where clarity, trust, and control are more important than decoration.
The designer will work with product, frontend engineering, and clients to ensure designs support real production use.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end UX for flow and canvas builders, agent configuration, live monitoring dashboards, and analytics views.
- Translate branching, escalation, fallback, and integration logic into clear, learnable interaction models.
- Design and evolve a scalable design system and component library with frontend engineers.
- Conduct and synthesize user research with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web dashboards and canvas-based visual tools.
- Partner with product managers on feature scope and engineers on implementation.
- Simplify data-heavy screens such as call logs, journey timelines, and agent metrics.
- Enforce UX standards for consistency, accessibility, edge cases, and error and empty states.
- Present design rationale and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design or UI/UX, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, dashboards, or complex workflow tools.
- A portfolio must demonstrate research or problem framing, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and shipped outcomes.
- Experience designing complex, data-dense, workflow-based, or canvas-based interfaces is required.
- Proficiency in Figma or an equivalent tool, including component systems, auto-layout, and design tokens.
- Working understanding of frontend constraints, including React component structure, state, and responsive behavior.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
