Key Responsibilities
- Lead user research, heuristic evaluations, and multi-channel experience design.
- Oversee UX strategy, accessibility compliance, and content design.
- Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and design reviews with stakeholders.
- Deliver high-fidelity wireframes, design systems, and prototypes.
- Provide Section 508 and WCAG guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Advanced UX research and interaction design.
- Deep knowledge of accessible design for federal systems.
- Experience integrating UX with Agile/DevSecOps teams.
Education and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Agile or UX certification preferred.
Clearance Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
