Senior Utility Asset Management Project Manager

+ Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.

+ Serve as Project Manager for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management objectives are met.

+ Develop project execution plans, work plans, schedules, and staffing forecasts.

+ Monitor project financial performance, including project budgets, utilization, revenue forecasting, and profitability.

+ Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and facilitate project meetings.

+ Ensure compliance with AECOM quality management systems and project delivery procedures.

+ Develop and implement utility asset management programs aligned with industry best practices and ISO 55000 principles.

+ Lead teams to conduct asset inventories, condition assessments, criticality analyses, and risk-based prioritization studies.

+ Support development of Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs), asset management plans, and long-term infrastructure investment strategies.

+ Lead lifecycle cost analyses and asset renewal/replacement planning efforts.

+ Integrate asset management practices with GIS, CMMS, hydraulic modeling, and enterprise asset management systems.

+ Assist clients in establishing asset management frameworks, performance metrics, and decision-support systems.

+ Maintain and expand relationships with municipal, utility, and regional clients.

+ Participate in proposal development, interviews, and strategic capture planning.

+ Identify opportunities for cross-business collaboration and growth.

+ Support regional market sector initiatives and business development goals.

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on infrastructure and asset management challenges.

+ Mentor and develop junior and mid-level technical staff.

+ Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

+ Promote innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery practices.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $160000 to $190000.
