What we're looking for
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager — a real growth hacker with experience and a proven track record in driving serious DTC scale across Google Ads campaigns , with a focus on Display, Demand Gen and YouTube . You will build and manage highly impactful Google Ads acquisition campaigns and be hungry for testing growth opportunities to maximise conversions, revenue and ROI.
An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders from other business areas to drive improvements across the entire pre- and post-click user journey are key skills we are looking for.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage a $1M+ budget and have a meaningful impact on the performance of the company.
If you are a master in bidding strategies, audience discovery and segmentation, testing new setups, and creative testing at scale to drive substantial growth without blowing up CAC, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead high-volume creative testing at scale turning winning creatives into high-performing assets that unlock further scale through structured, scalable iteration frameworks, working closely with the creative team to influence creative direction and production based on performance trends.
