Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of current underwriting/insurance experience –concentration in Ocean Marine preferred
• Strong marketing and underwriting skill set with an emphasis on relationships and exposures in the Midwest
• Able to work collaboratively and prioritize in a matrix environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• PC and Microsoft Office Products proficient
• The pay range for the role is $115,000 to $180,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
