Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries for international leisure holidays, customized tours, and group tour packages
- Design personalized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences and budget
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel packages
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, rail passes, travel insurance, and other travel services
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, and suppliers to secure the best rates and services
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Leisure Travel Consultant or Holiday Consultant
- Proven experience in selling customized international holidays and group tour packages
- Strong knowledge of destinations including Europe, CIS countries, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and other popular leisure destinations
- Excellent itinerary planning and package costing skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in English

Job Summary
- The Holidave Travel LLC is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Leisure Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries for international leisure holidays, customized tours, and group tour packages.
- Design personalized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences and budget.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel packages.
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, rail passes, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
- Promote and sell company group departures and holiday packages.
- Provide destination expertise and travel advice to clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure all bookings are accurate and completed within deadlines.
- Assist clients before, during, and after travel to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat and corporate clients.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline promotions, visa requirements, and supplier offers.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Leisure Travel Consultant or Holiday Consultant.
- Proven experience in selling customized international holidays and group tour packages.
- Strong knowledge of destinations including Europe, CIS countries, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and other popular leisure destinations.
- Excellent itinerary planning and package costing skills.
- Experience working with DMCs, wholesalers, and global travel suppliers.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with visa requirements, travel insurance, and international travel regulations.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems.
