Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings using Sabre, Amadeus and other Portals
- Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide accurate fare quotations and routing options
- Assist corporate and leisure clients with travel requirements
- Ensure compliance with airline rules, fare regulations, and company policies
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay updated on airline policies, UAE travel regulations, and GDS updates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Travel Consultant
- Strong working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS
- Experience handling corporate and retail travel bookings
- Good knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, and travel documentation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with visas, hotels, and travel insurance is an added advantage
- Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities

Job Summary
