Role Description

Execute and deliver business advisory and transaction advisory engagements with high-quality output and timely completion.

Manage multiple workstreams, support business development, and contribute to team development and firm growth.

Advisory and Transaction Work

  • Lead financial modeling across M&A, capital raising, and restructuring mandates.
  • Conduct and review DCF, comparable company, and asset-based valuations.
  • Manage financial due diligence, including quality of earnings and working capital analysis.
  • Support transaction structuring involving earn-outs, convertible instruments, and deal mechanics.
  • Draft and review information memoranda, valuation reports, and management presentations.
  • Apply advanced accounting, consulting, and valuation concepts to client situations.

Engagement and Team Leadership

  • Plan engagements through staffing, scheduling, work allocation, work programs, time budgets, and documentation.
  • Coordinate multi-party due diligence with legal, financial, and operational advisors.
  • Manage multiple engagements and report status to senior leadership.
  • Perform second-level reviews for quality and accuracy.
  • Supervise, mentor, delegate to, and coach consultants and junior staff.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain regular engagement throughout assignments.

Business Development and Compliance

  • Support proposal preparation, pitch materials, and technical or financial bids.
  • Contribute to business development, client discussions, knowledge sharing, and capability development.
  • Use technology and tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Follow firm policies, professional standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable QFMA, QCB, Companies Law, DFM, and ADX frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or Big 4 transaction advisory services.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise, including DCF, LBO, and merger models.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • GCC regulatory experience is preferred.
  • CFA Level II+, CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA certification is preferred.
  • Big 4 or mid-tier advisory experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • English and Arabic proficiency is required.
