Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) analysts to collect, analyze, and disseminate actionable intelligence
- Prepare and deliver executive level threat reports, briefs, and remediation recommendations
- Optimize and continuously improve cyber threat intelligence processes and functions
- Measure and report on CTI value, performance metrics, and client satisfaction
- Maintain strategic relationships with public and private intelligence community members
Requirements
- At least 10 years of functional experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), incident response, cyber hunt, or related technical information security roles
- At least 5 years of demonstrable management and leadership experience within Cyber Threat Intelligence
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, R)
- Strong working understanding of Threat Intelligence platforms and Big Data Analysis tools
- In depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix, Mac/OSX)
- Deep understanding of cyber attack vectors, detection techniques, vulnerabilities, exploits, and remediation countermeasures
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related discipline
- Nice to have: CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GREM, GCTI, or similar Information Security and malware analysis certifications

Project Overview
- Threat Intelligence Center providing cyber resilience services, remote monitoring, and actionable cyber threat intelligence to various clients and SOC personnel.
