Coordinate and optimise therapist schedules and client appointments
Respond quickly to changes in availability and update our practice management system
Conduct onboarding calls with families and support risk assessment processes
Manage the administration task queue and delegate tasks effectively
Oversee invoicing and service delivery summaries across NDIS, Medicare, and private funding
Generate and maintain Therapy Support Plans
Prepare accurate reports on caseloads, productivity, and client data
Be the welcoming face of our Canberra clinic
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Confident, empathetic communication with families and clinicians
Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists, leadership, and external stakeholders
Proficiency in phone, email, and PMS‑based communication
Knowledge of the NDIS and experience in a therapy or healthcare setting (highly regarded)
Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
