Job Description
Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Senior Testing & Commissioning Engineer (ETCS L2) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Brisbane, Australia .
Key responsibilities
- Participating in the testing and commissioning and integration of complex signalling systems comprising of on-board, trackside, communications and control systems in accordance with the Commissioning procedures.
- Performing factory and site testing as required.
- Participating in fault identification during set to work activities and during commissioning.
- Supporting the Commissioning Manager or his delegate in ensuring the timely production of Test Plans, Procedures and Reports at the project level.
- Supporting the Commissioning Manager or his delegate in the continuous improvement of project documentation.
