Job summary
Lead testing activities for software products, mobile applications, and web applications.
Ensure product quality by identifying defects, improving testing strategies, and optimizing testing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute test cases and scripts.
- Use Appium for mobile testing and UI automation tools for web applications.
- Collaborate with developers on requirements and design for testability.
- Lead and mentor junior testers.
- Conduct automated and manual tests.
- Document, track, and help resolve software defects.
- Maintain test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Monitor trends in software testing and quality assurance.
Skill requirements
- Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in Appium-based mobile automation.
- Experience with UI automation tools for web applications.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- ISTQB or similar software testing certification is a plus.
