Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Senior Test Systems Engineer to support application, system, and integration testing activities across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal Agency environments. You will support the execution of test and evaluation activities across complex GEOINT systems operating in cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. You will develop and execute manual and automated tests, support API and system validation in DevOps pipelines, and assist in identifying and resolving system defects. You will also provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level engineers supporting mission-critical testing activities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and support application, system, and integration testing across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency programs. • Execute testing of applications and APIs within DevOps pipelines using established QA standards. • Perform independent integration testing of software and hardware systems to validate compliance with requirements. • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases using scripting and programming languages. • Support identification, analysis, and resolution of system defects discovered during testing. • Participate in Agile, DevOps, and traditional testing and development environments. • Support test planning, execution, and reporting across system-of-systems environments. • Validate system performance across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures. • Maintain test documentation, traceability, and results reporting. • Support defect tracking and lifecycle management activities. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system readiness and mission alignment. • Execute regression, integration, and performance testing activities. • Support API validation and functional testing within CI/CD pipelines. • Assist in ensuring compliance with requirements through structured test execution. • Communicate test results and system issues to engineering and government stakeholders.
