About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Testing team. You will oversee end-to-end testing strategies, manage test planning and execution, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise wide test strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage QA and testing teams across multiple projects.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing schedules.
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Identify project risks, quality issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor testing progress, prepare quality metrics, and report project status to senior management.
- Drive test automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance, including leadership experience.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, HP ALM/Quality Center, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium) is highly desirable.
- ISTQB, PMP, Agile, or related professional certifications are an advantage.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive experience in software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience leading large testing teams in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
