Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies and plans for REST APIs and integration workflows • Build, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks for functional and regression testing • Work closely with developers and BAs to ensure quality across Agile sprints • Coach mid-level QAs on automation, AI-assisted testing, and best practices • Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and risk-based testing efforts • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation, debugging, and test data generation • Promote adoption of AI-driven quality engineering practices within the team
