About the Role
Hadrian is looking for a Senior Test Engineer to plan and execute test activities across mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems for aerospace and defense manufacturing. The role involves designing test fixtures, developing test plans, and executing functional and environmental tests.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and analyze development, qualification, and production tests for hardware systems and subsystems
- Design, build, and maintain test fixtures, ground support equipment, and instrumentation for bench level and system level testing
- Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, acceptance criteria, and test reports aligned with program requirements
- Execute functional, environmental, performance, and acceptance testing, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Partner with cross functional teams to translate test results into design, process, and quality improvements
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in test engineering, development testing, integration and test, or manufacturing test roles
- Hands on experience testing complex hardware systems in high reliability environments
- Experience designing and executing tests across multiple technical domains (e.g., mechanical, electrical, thermal, or integrated systems)
- Familiarity with test instrumentation, data acquisition systems, sensors, and laboratory equipment
- Ability to produce clear test documentation and communicate technical results effectively
- U.S. citizenship required (ITAR)

The Role
- As a Senior Test Engineer, you will plan and execute a wide range of test activities across mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems throughout the product lifecycle.
- This role supports development, qualification, and production efforts and involves hands on work with hardware, instrumentation, and test automation.
- You will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to ensure systems are robust, reliable, and production ready.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following
- Plan, execute, and analyze development, qualification, and production tests for hardware systems and subsystems

What We’re Looking For

Compensation
- For this role, the target salary range is $150,000 $250,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
