Senior Territory Service Representative: VRV

Position Overview

Pickup and Delivery Operations

• Execute timely pickup and delivery of shipments across assigned territories while meeting defined service commitments.
• Handle, load, transport and deliver customer shipments accurately.
• Optimize daily routes, maximize delivery productivity and maintain high first-attempt delivery success.
• Support branch operations during peak business periods and contingency situations.

Customer Service and COD

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professionally represent the Blue Dart brand.
• Build relationships with regular customers and business accounts, resolving routine concerns and escalating complex issues.
• Collect and reconcile COD payments, remit collections and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Obtain Proof of Delivery and complete shipment documentation accurately.

Operational Excellence and Team Support

• Use handheld devices and digital applications for shipment scanning and timely system updates.
• Follow SOPs, identify operational issues and support process improvements.
• Train and guide newly joined TSRs on procedures, customer interactions and safety practices.
• Coordinate with shift in-charges, supervisors and branch teams during operational contingencies.

Safety and Asset Responsibility

• Follow road safety regulations, statutory requirements and Blue Dart safety standards.
• Report accidents, incidents, security concerns and vehicle maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle or personal two-wheeler, valid statutory documents and driving licence.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and uphold professional grooming, uniform and identity-card standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 8th Standard pass; 10th Pass or higher qualification is preferred.
• Three to six years of relevant courier, express logistics, last-mile delivery or field operations experience.
• Proven experience in customer deliveries, pickups, COD handling and route management.
• Experience with handheld scanners or digital delivery applications is preferred.

Eligibility Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence.
• Personal two-wheeler ownership is required where deployment uses a personal vehicle, subject to company policy.
• Physical fitness for field operations and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays are required.

Skills and Capabilities

• Pickup and delivery operations, route planning and territory familiarity.
• COD collection and reconciliation, Proof of Delivery management and shipment documentation.
• Mobile scanner and digital application usage, basic computer skills and basic English reading and communication.
• Customer focus, accountability, teamwork, coaching, professionalism, integrity, time management, safety orientation and problem solving.
