What You'Ll Do

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Manage project timelines, budgets, priorities, and operational objectives
- Support digital transformation and business improvement initiatives
- Monitor program performance, risks, and project milestones
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation
- Develop reports, presentations, and executive-level updates

Requirements
- Experience in technology program management, project leadership, operations management, or digital initiatives
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience working with business teams, technical stakeholders, or external vendors is an advantage
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and collaborative environments
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, digital platforms, or technology operations is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
