Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems and Shell scripting .
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Good understanding of HTTP2/REST APIs , Diameter , and SS7 protocols.
- Experience in a customer support environment , preferably in telecom or network services.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and configuration management processes.
- Proficient in Couchbase , Elasticsearch , and Kafka .
- Strong logical and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in the above areas
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis platforms .
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines .
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
