• An experienced thermal-fluid engineer with a strong background in heat transfer engineering simulations. You bring subject matter expertise in thermal management, propulsion, or climate control, along with a solid understanding of system-level thermal analysis. You are passionate about solving complex problems and enabling customer success through technical excellence. You can connect the right methods and assu mption s to the questio ns our fluids team needs to answer. You enjoy collaborating closely with customers to understand their workflows, then translating requirements into clear simulation approaches and recommendations.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Deploy the full Ansys simulation toolset, including AI-based platforms, to help customers solve thermal management, propulsion, and climate control problems using your own engineering judgment and simulation expertise
• Work directly with customers to ensure high satisfaction and successful adoption of Ansys simulation software, troubleshooting workflows and guiding best practices
• Build deep subject matter expertise in Ansys thermal and fluids products, becoming the go-to resource for both customers and internal teams
• Evaluate AI-based support platform responses for technical accuracy and relevance, helping improve how automated tools assist engineers
• File defect reports, verify fixes, and participate in field testing of new releases to ensure features and workflows meet real customer requirements
