Resolve complex technical issues for B2B customers through hands-on debugging and troubleshooting.

Work with Engineering and Product teams to investigate product issues and improve customer experience.

Own and resolve complex Tier 2 technical support issues from investigation through resolution.
Analyze logs, API responses, system behavior, configurations, and other technical information.
Investigate root causes and reproduce customer issues in controlled environments when required.
Manage technical escalations and drive issues to closure.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product on bugs and technical issues.
Communicate technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical customers.
Identify recurring issues and improve product quality.
Create troubleshooting documentation, knowledge-base articles, processes, and playbooks.
