Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract)

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience with ideally 2+ years of in-house experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across software, hardware, robotics, AI, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.
• Proven ability to identify and engage highly specialized passive candidates.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing metrics to manage pipeline health.
• Authorization to work in the USA.

• Experience sourcing engineering leadership or executive-level technical talent.
• Experience recruiting within robotics, autonomous systems, AI/ML, or other deep technology industries.
• Ability to leverage talent market data to influence sourcing strategy.
• Passion for building inclusive candidate pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future.
