Job Description

  • Carrier is the leading worldwide provider of HVAC, refrigeration, fire, security, and cold chain solutions.
  • Viessmann, now part of Carrier Group, is a global leader in sustainable climate and energy solutions.
  • We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Heating & Hot Water Systems to drive sales growth in the UAE.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial estimates for heating and hot water systems.
  • Review project specifications, tender documents, and customer requirements.
  • Develop system concepts including boilers, heat pumps, hybrid systems, storage tanks, hydraulic layouts, and control solutions.
  • Ensure accurate sizing, performance calculations, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Support the preparation of competitive quotations and tender submissions.
  • Provide technical guidance to distributors during project development and bidding phases.
  • Assist distributors with system selection, configuration, and optimization.
  • Conduct technical training sessions and product workshops.
  • Support key accounts in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strengthen long term relationships through proactive technical engagement.
  • Identify and support project opportunities in heating and hot water applications.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop tailored customer solutions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy, Thermal, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heating and hot water systems with strong technical estimation background.
  • Solid knowledge of commercial boilers, heat pumps, hydraulic systems, storage solutions, and control technologies.
  • Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.
  • Strong analytical skills for system sizing and cost calculation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the UAE.
