What you will be doing

• Serve as the strategic dedicated recruiter for one or more technical domains, with a specific focus on hiring Responsible Engineers
• Identify, engage, and evaluate bar-raising technical depth and leadership while screening for strong alignment with Neros’ mission, values, and culture
• Architect and execute bespoke, highly targeted sourcing strategies to engage top-tier senior candidates
• Partner with senior engineering and technical leaders across Neros to shape hiring strategy, advise on talent market dynamics, and build the recruiting engine to continue growing our world-class technical team

You should have the following

• 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting within high performance environments such as hyper-growth startups, executive search, or venture capital
• Exceptional track record of hiring senior hardware engineering talent
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to rapidly and effectively understand and evaluate candidates’ technical backgrounds and skills
• Expert sourcing and research skills for senior talent, including market mapping, talent intelligence, outbound sequencing, referrals, and community-based strategies
• Demonstrated ability to build and leverage recruiting analytics to drive decisions and process improvements
• Ability to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information
• A strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scale
