Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, product) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make process improvements.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting.
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
Bonus points
Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (e.g., US, Canada, LATAM).
Familiarity with compensation strategy and market analysis for technical roles.
Prior experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $142,380-$195,490. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
