- Partner with hiring leaders to architect and execute strategic recruiting initiatives across engineering, product, and technical functions
- Own full cycle recruiting for technical and non technical talent from workforce planning through onboarding
- Cultivate high impact talent pipelines through proactive networking and market engagement
- Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers with weekly pipeline insights and market intelligence
- Champion exceptional candidate experience through efficient, inclusive interview processes
- Drive sourcing innovation through creative outreach strategies and talent mapping
- Collaborate cross functionally with leadership, HR, and business stakeholders
- Leverage recruiting metrics and market trends to optimize hiring outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in gaming, technology, digital media, or mobile industries
- Strong understanding of the gaming, tech, digital, and mobile talent landscape
- Proven success hiring and closing highly sought after technical talent
- Advanced sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and talent intelligence platforms
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Hands on experience with ATS, preferably Lever
- Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously

- Jam City is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the team in Culver City.
- You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and closing high caliber Gaming / Engineering talent across global studios.
