The Opportunity
- As a Senior Recruiter, you'll take full ownership of the business recruiting funnel.
- You'll partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers, reporting to the Head of Business Recruiting.
In This Role, You Will
- Design and lead end to end sourcing strategies for high priority and complex roles.
- Build, influence, and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders.
- Architect and continually improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks.
- Analyze and report recruiting funnel data, identifying trends and driving continuous process improvements.
- Evaluate, calibrate, and elevate candidate experience at every stage.
- Strategically develop, own, and amplify employment branding initiatives.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Champion cross team alignment, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication and process excellence.
