Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Work on Direct Client, VMS, and MSP requirements.
- Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage offers.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain ATS and CRM records.
