Responsibilities
- Own technical hiring strategy and execution for Murdock related engineering roles
- Partner closely with engineering leaders to refine role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and align on hiring decisions
- Source, screen, and assess candidates; build an intentional pipeline of exceptional candidates
- Synthesize interview feedback and make clear hiring recommendations; establish fair and efficient processes
- Partner closely with recruiting operations to optimize workflows, pipelines, and candidate experiences
- Represent Beacon honestly and compellingly to candidates, and help close exceptional talent
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in early stage or fast growing startups
- Previous experience recruiting iOS, robotics, autonomy, embedded, or other safety critical technical profiles
- Demonstrated ability to source and evaluate high quality technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Strong track record of hiring technical talent across a range of experience levels
- Experience recruiting for product engineering roles where reliability, ownership, and product judgement matter
- Strong relationship building skills, good judgment, comfort with pushing back, and ability to earn trust and influence senior stakeholders

Role Overview
- We’re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for Murdock, Beacon’s in cockpit AI assistant.
- You’ll own the technical hiring strategy and execution across the teams building Murdock, focusing on iOS, machine learning, robotics, and other autonomy leaning skillsets.
- This role requires sound judgement, great attention to detail, and comfort with ownership of outcomes.
