Senior Technical Recruiter - Engineering

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering roles (Software Engineering, ML/AI Engineering, Infrastructure, etc.) within technology startups.

Demonstrated success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.

Strong familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area technical and engineering talent landscape.

Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates and build diverse, high-quality pipelines.

Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and platforms (Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Gem preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, balancing professionalism with warmth.

Skilled at building trust and credibility quickly, including the ability to coach and push back constructively on hiring managers.

Deep understanding of the engineering function in tech startups — its unique challenges, hiring bar, and market dynamics.

Genuine passion for building and promoting a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience recruiting across multiple engineering disciplines simultaneously in a scaling organization.

Existing network within the Bay Area engineering community.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
