Partner with hiring managers across our branches to define what "great" looks like and guide confident, timely decisions.

Source the passive market — LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean/X-ray search, referrals, and competitor talent mapping.

Build pipelines ahead of demand and map talent in new geographies as we grow through acquisition.

Tap industry communities (CETA, NSF, NEBB) and the broader field-service and skilled-trades network.

Protect the culture — screen for our values and advance only people who'll thrive as owners.

3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting, with a track record hiring technical, field-service, skilled-trades, or engineering talent.

Real sourcing mastery — you get replies from busy, employed professionals.

An eye for A-Players and the ability to sell them on a mission-driven, employee-owned culture.

Experience partnering with hiring managers, ideally across multiple or field-based sites.

Bonus: exposure to field service, calibration/metrology, controlled environments, life sciences, or medical device.
