Job Overview

Additionally, this role serves as the primary technical liaison with external vendors and state partners, leading discussions around system integrations, interoperability, and assessment technology standards.
Roadmap Contribution & Technical Design Leadership
Manage roadmap : Work closely with the Technical Directors and engineering leads to actively contribute to the system roadmap, assessing technical feasibility and infrastructure scaling needs of AI and non-AI software projects.
Facilitate design discussions : Facilitate and guide technical design discussions, asking critical questions to help developers hash out complex logic blockages.
Author technical requirements : Distill high-level business goals into detailed technical specifications and API boundary definitions.
