Senior Technical Project Manager

Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and to produce and review project deliverables like Project Charter, change records etc.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Experience in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature prioritization.

Ability to analyze and optimize Agile delivery processes using data-driven insights.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address challenges in Agile execution.

Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP are a plus.

Accountabilities include:

Initiate:

Confirm project scope with Customer,

ensuring all required information for the project has been received.

Planning:

Establish project scope, schedule, resource and communication requirements.

Determine required stakeholders

Develops risk management plans.

Executing:

Direct and manage work activities required for the project.

Ensure all aspects of quality are achieved for project deliverables.

Effectively communicate with all stakeholders for input, decisions, and updates.

Manage project priorities and delivery process checkpoint gates.

Identify and resolve project issues.

Manage projects in accordance with legislation, regulations and rules

Monitoring and Controlling:

Validate project progress and quality.

Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date information about project status, schedule, accountabilities, and outcomes.

Validate and control project scope and changes, including schedule changes.

Monitor project resourcing commitments; identify and work to resolve resource conflicts.

Control of project communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining and monitoring an up-to-date risk register, including project interdependencies

Report on project progress, risks and other updates to the Program Manager/Director
