Role overview
Own the plan that turns complex test strategy into manufacturing readiness for new Graphcore products.
Lead manufacturing test delivery for New Product Introductions within the Product Test and Diagnosis team.
Coordinate engineering, operations, suppliers, and manufacturing partners around scope, milestones, risks, and decisions.
Responsibilities
- Connect activity across Chip Test, Board Test, System Test, Lab, and Silicon Characterisation teams.
- Build end-to-end plans, manage dependencies, and keep technical programmes moving across regions.
- Coordinate Design for Excellence reviews and improve planning for test, laboratory, and characterisation work.
- Help teams identify upcoming risks and act before they become delivery blockers.
What we are looking for
- Strong programme and project management skills across hardware-centric, cross-functional programmes.
- Ability to tailor waterfall, Agile, or Scrum delivery methods to fit technical delivery.
- Experience aligning engineering, operations, and geographically distributed teams.
- Confidence managing dependencies across technical teams, suppliers, and manufacturing constraints.
