Overview

Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing strategic solutions.
Project Delivery and Value Creation
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS and on-premise software projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and business goals.
