About the Role
JumpCloud is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to operate the Security organization's program management function. You will own day-to-day program management, drive project hygiene, manage intake and triage, produce status reports, and partner with AI engineering to build AI-assisted program management systems.

Responsibilities
- Apply a single operating standard across every security project; drive project hygiene at scale
- Own the front door for security requests across Slack channels, ticket forms and direct asks; classify, route, set expectations
- Produce per person, per project and program level status briefs and reports for weekly operating reviews, monthly metrics, quarterly roadmap progress
- Maintain a working model of team capacity and project commitments; flag slippage early
- Inventory and measure categories of interruption work; propose new projects to reduce unplanned work
- Place new work in the priority queue using criteria of impact, urgency, dependencies and capacity
- Work directly with the AI engineering function as an internal customer; file feature requests, validate output quality
- Refine the operating standard as edge cases surface; propose updates, build team buy in and roll out changes
- Represent the security organization's program management practice to peers, stakeholders, and leadership across the company
Requirements
- 6 years of program or project management experience, ideally including time in technical or engineering organizations
- Demonstrated experience using AI to scale your program management practice
- Deep fluency with Jira and Confluence, including epic and project structure, JQL, dashboards and reporting
- Excellent written communication
- Comfort working without complete information; exercise judgment and make calls without waiting for permission
- Ability to push back constructively, including upward, when commitments are at risk or scope is creeping
- Experience operating in a remote first organization
- Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico

About The Role
- JumpCloud is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to operate the Security organization's program management function.
- This is a hands on role for a classically trained program manager who has already integrated AI deeply into their working life and uses it to operate at a higher level than traditional PM scale allows.
- You will own the day to day program management of the security organization's projects and run a hybrid program management capability where AI handles continuous structured work, while you provide the judgment, prioritization and relationship work where humans excel.
