- This is a flexible hybrid role based out of Miovision’s headquarters in Kitchener, Ontario.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Lead one to three concurrent complex product programs across hardware, firmware, cloud software, and operations.
- Connect architecture, validation, release, and launch milestones in integrated master plans.
- Align Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Go-to-Market teams around execution plans.
- Manage system interdependencies and tradeoffs involving scope, cost, and schedule.
- Set evidence-based readiness criteria for pilot builds and commercial releases.
- Improve governance tools, decision logs, and operating cadences to strengthen predictability and accountability.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end product programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and operational launch.
- Strong systems thinking and technical depth across hardware, firmware, cloud, and operational decisions.
- Deep knowledge of hardware and software lifecycles, cross-domain integration, system validation, and commercial launch readiness.
- Expertise in integrated schedules, dependency mapping, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting.
- Technical credibility to connect decisions across disciplines and drive effective cross-functional conversations.
