About the Work
- Identify and assess automation and process improvement opportunities across business units.
- Gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate opportunities based on impact, effort, risk, return on investment, compliance, and feasibility.
- Design, build, implement, and oversee practical and scalable automation and AI-supported solutions.
- Maintain an automation portfolio, lead discovery sessions, and operate a self-service intake process.
- Manage external automation and AI solution providers, including selection, onboarding, and performance tracking.
