Senior Technical Program Manager II, Gemini Enterprise, Cloud AI

Responsibilities

• Manage programs with deep technical and product understanding, applying rigorous program management to complex AI contexts.
• Leverage technical knowledge to identify efficiencies and provide thought leadership.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycles, from requirement gathering and risk assessment to feature prioritization.
• Partner with engineering and product management to define workstreams, resource plans, and project milestones.
• Develop and implement actionable plans based on data and context.

• Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in program management. - Experience with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes, Large Language Model (LLM) release cycles and timeline management. - Experience in KPIs for AI products. - Experience translating technical concepts into strategy. Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Knowledge of KPIs for AI products. - Strong understanding of ML/AI principles and their distinctions from traditional software development. - Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into strategy. - Ability to interpret deep technical specifications and apply rigorous program management.
