The team builds highly automated systems and processes operating at the scale of billions of packages and millions of addresses worldwide.
About the role
The Senior Technical Program Manager bridges inventory and capacity platforms with customer-facing grocery and speed-offering programs.
The role spans engineering, operations, finance, and business teams, including local and remote partners.
The position drives program insights back into platform development.
Key responsibilities
- Gather business and systems requirements from internal customers.
- Conceptualize solutions, write specifications, and define project scope.
- Drive delivery from design through release and post-launch support.
- Make trade-offs to optimize release schedules and outcomes.
- Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to partner teams.
